M.Arch Architects designed 146 beach front luxury highrise residences on Destin Florida's Santa Rosa Island. This resort complex is comprised of 6 mid-rise concrete slab buildings, parking, and clubhouse surrounding two 10,000sf cascading swimming pools. Intensive structural, mechanical, and landscape design coordiated by M.Arch Architects and consultants Linea LLP. With bayside views, fishing piers, and various water amenities such as poolside concessions, beach cabanas, and circumventing water jet canals, Waterside Resorts was designed on time and within budget.
