M.Arch Interiors has completed hundreds of residential interior projects. From high end penthouses to moderate interior renovations. This penthouse project combining two existing apartments includes the following room additions; new playroom, spare bedroom, wine room, office, gymnasium, steam room, shower and bath. The joined apartment plan pivots around a new playroom/entertainment. The addition features built-in cabinetry units with a 110 inch movie projection screen, 60 inch plasma tv for toy, book, and family collectable storage. Detailed mechanical, plumbing, and electical design and specifications were integrated throughout. The clients prominent Warhol collection is displayed with lighting was chosen to enhance the playful atmosphere. Complete audio visual components are featured in every room monitored by a central server and wall mounted digital controls.
