M.Arch Architects interior design department is rapidly expanding with over 60 completed residential interior projects. From high end penthouses to moderate interior renovations.
This penthouse residential project combined two existing apartments into a new home with the following room additions; new playroom, spare bedroom, wine room, office, gymnasium, steam room, shower and bath. The pivotal playroom hindges the two former apartment units awarding an open luxurious entry space joined to an entertainment room and playroom. The addition features built-in cabinetry units with a 110 inch movie projection screen, 60 inch plasma tv for toy, book, and family collectable storage. Detailed mechanical, plumbing, and electical design and specifications were integrated throughout. For the clients extensive Warhol collection specific art lighting was chosen to enhance the playful atmosphere. Cabling wired flat screens and ceiling mounted speakers connects every room to a central server controlling audio visual media remotely or by wall mounted digital controls.
