The City Planning Commission of New York and the Friends of the Highline awarded our competetion entry with an honorable display in Grand Central. Our design focussing on the 10th Avenue corridor is exactly concurrent with the rezoning of the Chelsea by New York City Planning. Renderings and design concepts by March Chadwick.
