Commisioned by Grace Foods Inc. and NYC Economic Development Corportation M.Arch Architects designed four floors of an existing Sunset Park waterfront industrial building. The client's objectives to consolidate existing facilities from Williamsburgh, North Carolina, and Virginia to the new Suset Park location made for a comprehenive presentation and bid submission to the NYCEDC.
