M.Arch Architects designed the San Destin Adventure Lane Commercial District for Intrawest Resort Placemaking. The Adventure Lane project is uniquely postitioned on the bayside of the Florida Pan handle intercoastal inside Destin Florida. Designed in accordance with Intrawest's master plan and building zoning regulations each building maintains the character in keeping adjacent marina buildings and the surrounding wetland landscape. The Baytowne Village architecture draws upon the Spanish, French, Colonial, Antebellum, New England, Low Country and the fishing influences of the region. Construction was completed in 2006
